RDA - Remote Diagnostic Agent

The Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) is a command-line diagnostic tool that is executed by an engine written in the Perl programming language. RDA provides a unified package of support diagnostic functions that can be used to capture environment and product information. The data captured provides Oracle Support with a comprehensive picture of an environment which can include Siebel specific information
Hence it is recommended to make use of this for enhanced support.
