Searching within the customer screen just on post code?

We presently use the Oracle R12.1.3 system, and one of our users has asked whether it is possible to search the customr database using just the post code?  At the moment it won't allow to just search using the post code you need to add additional information e.g. customer name, account no., address line 1 etc...

Can we update the system to allow to search quoting just a post code??
