What is the right/best way to reprocess an Inbound XML that has already successfully processed?

We're running 6.1.6 and have successfuly processed an inbound Order Base via a TransOrder XML.

A user has manually modified the Order Base and messed things up beyond the point of manual repair, so we want to simply delete it, and bring it in again using the same XML that brought it in the first time.

In Transmission Manager, the user selected the transmission and did Actions/Reprocess we see the last Update time get reset, but nothing else seemed to happen.

What is the right/best way to reprocess an Inbound XML that has already successfully processed?
