'object variable or with block variable not set' message Publisher Excel Add-in.

We recently upgraded to BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2 using the patch 13735895 Oracle Support recommended. I am trying to create templates using the Publisher Add-in in Excel 2007. But when I open reports from 'Browse for Reports Online' a message pops up saying "object variable or with block variable not set". How can I resolve this?
