Other Options instead of Report Manager- Recently upgraded to 12.1.1

Hello.  Our users are currently dissatisfied with Report Manger, and all of the steps and time that it takes to run a report and publish to excel.  We recently upgraded to 12.1.1 last year.  We have researched a few vendors' solutions for Report Manager FSGs with no luck.  Any recommendations?  We are very interested in hearing from other health care providers. Thanks for your help!!!
