I am getting the following error when I try to insert a particular record in my database.  Only in some cases in other cases the insertion typically occurs.

Details: This application usually runs on Oracle 10g XE, the problem started to occur when we migrate to Oracle 11g XE

System Error please contact support Error: ORA-31011: XML parsing failed ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing LPX-00225: end tag for element "ROWSET" does not match the start element tag "xml" Error at line 10 ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLPARSER", line 191 ORA-06512: at "ES_PORTAL.PKG_UTIL", line 251 ORA
