Timecards Posted to GL "Disappear"

The timecards are posted to the GL, payroll runs the timecard is not processed by payroll so does not go to history (F0618) - but it no longer exist in Timecard Entry F06116.  This causes our Wages Payable Account to be out and it's difficult to find the entry as it no longer exists.  Anyone every have this issue?
