How can we set Currency Conversion Date as Transaction Date (today) when receiving a purchase order?

How can we set Currency Conversion Date as Transaction Date (today) when receiving a purchase order?

Right now, the currency conversion date is the same as Purchase Order creation date during receiving. We want to default Transaction Date (Today) for this.

Where can I setup this?? I have not find a profile for this yet...
