Difference between Store Admin and Store Default Admin buttons in SIM

 Hi All,

What is the difference between StoreAdmin and StoreDefaultsAdmin buttons in SIM? Both giving the same parameters and same values. and both have the edit permissions. So if we want to change any value, in whihc button we need to change.... ?
