No more than one appraisal per appraisal period

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC)
Hello,

We want to limit to employees not to have more than one appraisal plan per appraisal period. How will I do that? I have noted on the previous period some employees had more than one appraisal!

We are using EBS R12

Please assist!
