Not able to merge Organization customer type with individual customers and vice versa in R12

Hi,

We are facing an issue with the Customer Merge in Receivables.

We are not able to merge Customer type organization with individual customer type. When trying to merge organization with Person type, the LOV in the 'To' section displays only Organizations even though I selected 'Person' type. The same is the case with vice versa.

As a standard functionality it should allow us to merge.

Any help in this regards is appreciated
