OEM files like EMCTL,emagent etc are showing zero bytes

Hi All,

following binaries and scripts are not Zero byte under <ORACLE_HOME>/bin in database.


emctl
emctl.pl
emwd.pl
emagent
emdctl

kindly suggest.
