ORA-20001: HR_52698_COMP_NAME_IN_GLOB:

Good day All,

I'm trying to do a mass upload of competences, and i'm using the hr_competences_api.create_competence api for this, so far its going fine. but i noticed that anytime i execute the procedure, just one record seems to be uploaded successfully..i assumed it was the loop.. but when i executed the procedure on several occassions, the record of successfully uploaded files increase, but it would place an error "ORA-20001: HR_52698_COMP_NAME_IN_GLOB:" on the other records.

Unfortunately google has no history of this neither does oracle support.
