Corrupted GL Average Balance

Hello;

We are executing the GL Balance fix in Note 387118.1 How To Correct Errors Reported By GLBALFIX GL Balances Corruption Fix script, to correct the average balances in one of our SOB. However when executing the script we got the following error and are not sure how to proceed:

Error 15: Flexfield creation failed with following error: GL_CTAX_SUMMARY_ACCOUNT
