Tax calculation on a field other than the invoice line amount in Projects

Hi,

Can you please let me know if it is possible in E-Business Tax to calculate tax on an amount other than the invoice amount? We have a requirement where we want to calculate tax on equipment price which will not be the invoice line amount.
