Database Vault implementation (11.2.0.1) integration with EM11

Hi All,
 
I am implementing database vault on e-business suite database (11.2.0.1) which is monitored by EM grid control 11g.

As per the Master note Database Vault, its necessary to configure EM console for database before configure database vault. 

Another doubt that i have do we need to create EM repository on the source database when we have Grid control in place?

Customer wants to monitor the database using Grid control, in order to achieve that i could not find any procedure to do it with EM 11g. 

The maximum thing is available with EM 10.2.0.5.
