RMAN backup

RMAN backup on our prod db gets stuck and never complete. This has happened twice now and None of other DBs get effected just one DB. How should I figure out if this is due to NFS or RMAN?

 

11g r1 11.1.0.6 RAC 3node cluster on RHEL linux 5 with NFS
