PAXACMPT: Oracle EBS R11i: Update Project Summary Amounts Report

In the report there is a section called "Future Period Transactions (Unaccumulated)". What do these amounts represent? and for what period? From a project manager's point of view, how does this affect the PM's decisions? From an accountant's reporting point of view, how does this affect reporting on financial statements?
