Flash Error? - Security Error Error #2170

I was hoping someone could help me.  I can access the My Support site from my PC, but when I go to my server, I cannot.

I get the page, sign in, and make it to the Flash circle-loader picture.  It gets to about 90% when it bombs out with a "Security Error Error #2170."

The security guys have locked this server down fairly well, so I'm inclined to think it's a problem on our end.  We also have old specs and versions.  However, I could be wrong.

Does this problem ring a bell with anyone?
