ASCP and ASL (Approved Supplier List)

We have defined Global ASL for a given Item.  We have used Supplier specific Order Modifier, Order Multiple, Supplier Capacity, & Lead Time.  ASCP Data Collection is picking the values at Item-Org level and not from the ASL.  Can any one help me guide how to collect data from ASL and not from Item-Org level?  We are in R12.1.3
