Can not log into Web Analysis 9.3.3

We have upgraded from Web Analysis 9.3.1 to 9.3.3.  We have been able to successfully configure, however I am not able to log into Web Analysis.  I am receiving the following error message.

Your logon attempt failed.  Try again. (When I select details I get the following information);

Exception Message: Unable to locate user identity
