FNDLOAD for Attribute Group

Can we use FNDLOAD to download Attribute groups, attributes from one instance and upload it to another? There are some lct defined for creating PIM attribute groups. But can they be used for attribute groups defined for other MDM products like Oracle Supplier Hub or Oracle Site Hub?
