INVMWBIV: Is the Folder menu working in Material Workbench R12?

Anyone know if the tool bar functionality <Folders> was removed for R12.1.3 Material Workbench?   Users would like to save  personal/public views for results displayed after a query.
Scenario:
1) navigate to form Inventory>On-Hand, Availability> On-Hand Quantity
2) enter any query and click find button
3) results displayed;  navigate to the Tool Bar>Folders;  the <Folders> tool bar is disabled

Also in the Material Workbench spread table the folder icon is no longer present in R12 when compared to 11.5.10 which had the same features as the <Folders> toolbar..
