Subledger Period Close Exception show Incomplete Adjustment

Hi,
I'm in 12.1.3 and I cannot close January, I ran the Subledger Period Close Exception report and it show one incomplete Adjustment. Details are:
Journal Source= Receivables
Event type =  Adjustment Created
Transaction number = 110997
How can I identify this in the system in order to complete it?
