Question on Listener for multi oracle home

Hi,

I am installing database 11.2.0.3 on a server that is already running a 10.2.0.4 database. I will be using both databases simultaneously. I am installing 11.2.0.3 in a new seperate oracle home. For maintenance I usually shutdown all the instances. Do I need a seperate listener  for the 11.2.0.3 database? Or can I use the listener that is already running for both the 10.2.0.4 and 11.2.0.3 databases? If the latter is an option, how does the Oracle Universal Installer know to use the listener for both ( Oracle Homes)?
