Service Contract Renewal/Quote

Hello,

I am using Oracle Service Contracts R12.1.3 and need to configure/enhance the information included on the  standard quote/renewal letter template.  In addition to the part/item number, our customers need serial numbers to correctly match their assets to the service contract.  For example, we may have one service contract with hundreds or thousands of the same item number so the customer needs addiitonal information to correctly evaluate the renewal letter/quote.

I would not think this is a unique request yet so far I have not found anything in my research that this is within the standard functionality of the application.
