Peformance is bad in my HFM+FR 2,1 deployment

Hello,

My testing environment includes HFM + FR basic installation (11.1.2.1), 2 servers, 1 for DB, 1for app. Performance is bad.

Archetect:

DB server:     Win server 2003 R2, 4*CPU, 8G RAM. Oracle DB 11.1.0.7, 3 separate DB users for Foundation, FM and FR.

App Server:   Win server 2003 R2, 4*CPU, 16G RAM. FM + FR deployed.

Apperance is:

1、Take long time to login workspace and load application, seems any single web request will push the CPU to 100% usage for a while. (one single admin user)

2、Memory used is around 13.5G when the basis services( Foundation、HFM、FR) are started. Even the total Hyperion session usage shown in task manager is just 4~5G.
