Why budget not calculate raw cost from entered quantity?

Hi,

I've expenditure type with UOM = Each with rate required and enter rate for this expenditure type already. Assigned this expenditure type in Resource List. Then I enter Approved Cost Budget by entering quantity for this expenditure type. The raw cost is not calculated and always show 0.00. Why the raw cost not calculate from Entered Quantity * Unit rate?
