can't start Enterprise Manager

 HI All,

I try to configure HTTP Ports using Oracle Enterprise Manager.
After middleware installation, it is known that for EM can be run from IE using http://<server-name>:7001/em
When I run this it is only showing loading.....
then I try to run only http://<server-name>:7001 and it shows Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g page, then I put /em in this address it shows Login to Oracle Middleware Control.
After I put username and Password, it remains in this page.
How can I know what causing this error and how to troubleshoot it?
