Supplier Creation/Update Issue

Hi,

First Note: The same issue is logged in Payables Community but still no answer is received. I also have raised an SR;  and due to some issue I am unable to view/update SR. The issue is critical. Please reply soon for its rectification. I shall be gighly thankful for the support/help.

Facing following error; while going to create new supplier & clicking on Apply button on very first page of supplier creation.

Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

As per document ID 816174.1; all is OK. Please guide.
