Empty or Zero byte Response for every 3rd request of siebel Inbound webservice

Hi  All,

I am using simple ASI exposed as a siebel WebInbound Webservice.I am getting empty webservice response i.e zero byte response for every 3rd request comes from external system.After looking into the details,i have got following error:

(busobj.cpp (1461)) SBL-DAT-00222: An error has occurred creating business component 'ISS VOD Cache Sync' used by business object 'Service Request'.

We are not using any order mgmt module in our application.And alos i made force active of joined fields from service agreemnt to falst as suggested in one of the oracle doc.Can any one help me out with inputs.
