Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hello,

In which table the Request set stage program parameters will store ..

In record history its showing the table name as FND_DESCR_FLEX_COL_USAGE_VL .

but it contains the default/constant values of the concurrent program .. not the exact values defined for Request set ..
