unable to ship an order

Hi, I am trying to ship an order in wms by using oracle mobile forms.
in the shipping form i had selected value for plan tasks =yes
and trying to shipping the line status is picked but it is not shipping
while doing shipping in oracle mobile forms it is saying that "error on submitting"
i dont know y it is happening can any body please suggest me for the right step
