Emploee that are supplier

Hi all

Employees that are suopplier....Is there an option that will allow existing employees that are supplier that have their employee name also change  the suppllier name  to reflecct the new employee name.

Before Name change

Supplier name ;Kerry -ann Brown

Employee name: Kerry -ann Brown

After name change

Supplier name ;Kerry -ann Brown

Employee name: Kerry -ann Brown-Smith

What can be done to make the supplier name updated with the new employee name automatically????????
