Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I applied an open debit balance on a customer transaction to an on account credit balance

this action failed to create subledger accounting

AR distributions records are not created for this entry. Any idea why?
