Blanket Release distribution

Does anyone know a quick and easy way to get account distribution information onto a release? Ideally we would put the distribution line on the PO so the users don't have to enter it into each release, but I don't think this is possible. As a back up idea, I thought we could create an alias for the distribution line but I don't see where they could enter that on the release. Any suggestions?
