Oracle Network Bandwidth

Good morning,

We have a test enviroment with Oracle Spatial database 10.2.0.5 on AIX5i server, and a client Windows 2008 R2 64-bit that read data from oracle. The software is a Geographics Information System.

We experimented very poor performance and we think that it could be caused by slow network bandwidth.

How can we measure the network bandwidth from oracle server to oracle client? It could be useful a Mbps value or something similar.
