errror Unable to create file, o0187275.tmp in the directory, /tmp

Hi,

When i submit invoice validation report in payables ,its completed in ERROR .following error appears in log file:

MSG-00101: Error occured in BATCH_APPROVAL()
MSG-00102: Error Code : -20100
MSG-00103: Error Message : ORA-20100: Error: FND_FILE failure. Unable to create file, o0187275.tmp in the directory, /tmp. You will find more information in the request log.
