Total asset cost is zero in Project Capitalize asset

Hi,

I've the project with project type 'Capitalize'. I've collect cost from inventory miscellaneous isse to the project. When the project finished, I go to capital project, change Project Asset Type to 'As-Built' and enter Actual Date in Service. I see that the Total Asset Cost show 0.00 but the CIP Amount in Capital Project screen show 186,200.00

After submit Generate Asset Line, this project is not generate any asset line. So I can't interface this asset to Oracle Asset.
