Setting up appraisal

HiI am using Oracle EBS 12.0.6.
There is need to setup Performance management- Appraisals.
I have checked on the metalink for information on the setup, but i cant get a good document.
Can one assist with a document on Basic setups for Performance management.(a flowing document from begin t end).
I will appreciate.
