To import resources in CRM groups

Hi,

I want to import resources in mass in CRM groups (Customer Support > Resource Management > Maintain Resources > Groups).
I have made the groups and need to import resources there. Role (to be given to these resources) is also decided.
Can I use API named 'JTF_RS_RESOURCE_PUB.CREATE_RESOURCE' for this purpose?
