Access Profiles - Related Information Access Level types

Where can I find the defination of the access level types for the Related information?

Specifically View, Read-Only, No Access and Inherit Primary.  I have performed some testing with all setting for Opportunities from the Account(Customer) object and I am not really finding any behavioural differences from view and Read-Only.
