R12: Balance Sheet Program completing in error

We have upgraded our instance from 11i to R12.1.3.We were testing the FSG Report 'Balance Sheet (Financial Statement Generator)' program, its comepleting with error.

Error: PERF0005: Oracle error detected in get_def_ldgs - ORA-01403: no data found
Please let us know the cause and fx for it.
