JRE 1.6.0_16 , IE 8.0 , Forms OAS 10.1.2.3.1 .... certification question

Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0  Sun JRE 1.6.0_16            2              10.1.2.3

I want to know if client platform plugin Sun JRE 1.6.0_16 includes all release levels higher than 16 (such as Sun JRE 1.6.0_29) for certification for the above ?

In other words, does this document identify that the IE8 requires a minimum of 1.6.0_16 (16) ?
