Purchase Price in ASCP

Is it possible to default Purchase Price from Supplier Quote in ASCP without writing an extension?  I am seeing the Purchase Price is getting defaulted based on Item-Org attribute.  We have a Supplier Quote defined in Purchasing with Price Breaks.  We have attached the Quote to ASL.  However we are not seeing the correct price getting defaulted.  We are seeing other data from ASL being used for example Supplier Capacity, Lead Time, Min Order Quantity etc.
