Approval Routing for Requisitions

After upgrading from A7.3 to A92.1, the approval routing process is not working correctly.  After being released from Budge Hold, the order does not show in the Awaiting Approval for the next approver.  The Approval Status window does show it.  Has anyone encountered issues after upgrading?

This is the old approval process, not the new Approval Management.
