Tax calculation on AR Invoice based on assessable value instead of line amount

Hi,

We have a requirement where the tax on AR invoice generated from Projects should not be calculated based on the line amount. Instead the assessable value field which is available in AR transactions line, tax information screen should be used. How can we populate the assessable value field in AR transaction line tax information form from Projects?
