Backflush against job completion , no error for job complete failed

 In 11.5.10.2. 

Components supply type=Assembly pull , locator disabled 

When do completion transaction , error: Status not applicable for this locator,click OK, completion transaction form close. Job status is:Released 

Go to INV>Transactions>Pending transactions, found the assembly completion transactions and component issue transactions stuck in MMTT. 

In other test case with same condition, when click OK, error out: ORA-06502: PL/SQL:numeric or value error: NULL index table key value in package INV_Quantity_Tree_PVT Procedure Free_Tree.

Completion transaction failed.

So, which package is incorrect? Which patch can solve this issue?
