Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to settle Advance of Customer A with Receivable of Customer B ?

Hi

Requirement is to settle Advance from Customer A with Receivable of Customer B.

For Example:

Advance from Customer A:

Unapplied Receipt:4000$

Transaction of Customer B:

Receivable: 5000$

How can we settle Advance(Unapplied Receipt) of 4000$ of Customer A with Receivable 5000$ of Customer B.
