How to restrict Quote to Order auto create process

  Hi Folks,

We have following requirement.

We will create Quotation being in Order management super user, but system should not auto create sales based on customer acceptance from quotation window.

And this condition should applicable only for newly created customers. If customer is exists system should allow to auto create sales order process.


Note:- I have all ready posted this question in Ordermanagement forum, so please don't transfer it again to that forum.
